When you enroll for our tour we will ask you to provide some basic information, such as your name, your child’s name, gender, their school, your phone number, medical information, credit card number and expiration date, so that we can identify you, follow up with you if needed and process your application and enrollment. The information we gather also is provided to our counselors. We also ask for information about how you discovered us. We will do our best to protect this information and ensure that it remains confidential. We promise never to sell your information to anyone.
We use address information to email and mail you materials, updates and other information about the tour, its participants, counselors, and other relevant information. If at any point you wish to have your name removed from our mailing list, please contact us at info@grandwesterntour.com or by phone at 336-317-7793. From time to time, we may retain the assistance of external organizations to help us understand our participants and any trends in our industry. We may disclose some of your personal information to those companies solely for the purpose of conducting research and analysis on behalf of the Grand Western Tour. We use contractual and other means to protect your information while our agents are processing it.
