River Walks: Day 31 in San Antonio & Reflecting on our Favorite Memories so Far!

Today was all about San Antonio and it delivered on sunshine, stories, and some serious arcade energy.

We started the day by arriving in the heart of the city, where many students grabbed lunch and explored the San Antonio River Walk, soaking in the shade, water views, and lively shops that line the trail.

From there, we made our way to an IMAX film about the Battle of the Alamo, giving everyone a chance to dive into the history before seeing it in real life. After the movie, we visited The Alamo itself, walking through the storied grounds and putting the day’s learning into perspective.

We checked into the historic Menger Hotel, where the group was slightly relieved to find that no one got assigned a haunted room… though there were mixed feelings about that!

After some mall time to shop and snack, we capped off the night at Dave & Buster’s, where students spread out for a full night of games, food, and friendly competition.

From historic moments to high scores, San Antonio gave us another great day on the road.
