Arches National Park is be-Utah-ful!

After a few hours on the road, we reached Moab, Utah! Our first destination in this beautiful state was Arches National Park. We hiked to the famous Windows Section; some consider them to be the beating heart of Arches National Park. The kids were amazed by the fantastic view and posed in each other’s photos.

We had some delicious sandwiches, bananas, and cookies for lunch. The students enjoyed the sunshine and picnic with their new best friends in this glorious park!

After lunch, we were back on the road to Salt Lake City. The Fairfield Marriott was our home of the night. The kids dropped off their luggage, changed clothes for dinner, and walked to Buca di Beppo, an Italian family-style restaurant for dinner. We had many options: Ceasar and Italian salad, spaghetti, fettuccini, and chicken parmigiana. We wrapped up our day with a slice of cheesecake. What a wonderful day!

Tomorrow, we will see the Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square in Salt Lake City and then head to our 6th state on the Tour- Wyoming!
