History, laundry, and Friday night freedom: Day 6 had it all! 🏞️

It’s hard to believe we’re already wrapping up Day 6 this weekend! This adventure just keeps getting better. Today was the perfect mix of history, sunshine, and some well-earned downtime for everyone to relax and recharge.

We kicked off the day with an amazing tour of Mesa Verde, led by another great guide named Marty. He brought the ancient cliff dwellings and their stories to life, and everyone left with a deeper appreciation for the people who once called these cliffs home.

After exploring, we found a scenic spot in the park for a picnic lunch. A few lucky travelers treated themselves to ice cream before heading out — the perfect way to cool off under the Colorado sun.

The afternoon was all about tackling an important travel task: laundry day! The whole crew packed out a local laundromat.

Tonight, everyone got their first real evening of free time in Durango. Some grabbed pizza, Italian, or burgers, while others couldn’t resist another stop for ice cream or a quick run through the candy shop. A handful wrapped up the evening back at the hotel pool and hot tub.

These moments; simple, relaxed, and shared — are what make this trip so special. We’re excited to see what new memories tomorrow will bring!
