Yesterday with The Grand Western Tour was another big driving day, but it came with some pretty unforgettable stops along the way.
We hit the road super early and grabbed prepared breakfast and lunch from the store to keep us going. Before lunch, we took a small but very worthwhile detour into the redwoods, where we wandered among these beautiful giants. Standing beneath trees that tall has a way of making you feel small in the best possible way.
A little later, we pulled over for a picnic lunch along a small river, the perfect spot to stretch our legs and refuel before the final stretch.

By late afternoon, we rolled into San Francisco and caught our very first peek of the iconic Golden Gate Bridge, which we will be exploring a lot more of today. After such a long drive, everyone had one thing on their mind: dinner at In-N-Out. It absolutely lived up to the hype. A bunch of us were so excited that we grabbed In-N-Out t-shirts and proudly modeled the free paper boat hats while digging into our burgers and fries.
From towering redwoods to our first glimpse of the Golden Gate, it was the perfect introduction to California. And with a full day in San Francisco ahead of us, the adventure is just getting started!
